Welcome! I would like to offer you a free healing experience. No catches, no hidden costs, just the potential to take a step forward on your personal healing journey.

This unique experience is based on the combination of sound, color, fractal geometry, harmonics and symbols. These concepts were originally explored in the ‘Quantum K’ manual, designed primarily for my clients and complementary healthcare therapists in the United Kingdom. It was the success and popularity of this manual that encouraged me to move into this new medium.

My goal in transferring the pages of the original book into a 23 minute website experience is to enhance its healing potential and bring it to the unlimited audience available through the internet. I can now use color and sound to stimulate your senses and you need only sit comfortably, relax and engage passively with the data on the screen as it automatically moves from one concept to the next. Best of all, you can repeat the experience whenever you wish, drawing from it whatever you need at that time. If you would like an entirely audio experience, a narrated version is also available.

I recommend you use this website in the following order:

1. Start by reading the ‘Concepts and FAQs’ section to get an overview of how this healing system works. Please remember that you do not need to understand any of this detail to benefit fully from it. You can then read some testimonials to give you some reassurance and hopefully some excitement about the system’s potential to help you.

2. You can then find a quiet time to enjoy the experience itself. This will take 23 minutes. You can repeat this experience any time you wish.

3. If you feel this is helping, you can consider purchasing the ‘Quantum K’ resonators – little electromagnetic chips that you attach to your watch and mobile phone, allowing you continual access to the healing potential and protection of this system wherever you are. If you enjoy the music, you can buy the complete album of healing resonances or a narrated version of the main system. Profits from these sales cover the costs incurred in setting up and maintaining this website.

4. Finally, if you want to read more about the concepts and other related matters of interest, you may read on screen or print the ‘Quantum K’ manual itself. This has the latest information and technical data and is available free of charge. There is also a blog that I updated regularly with viewpoints on matters of topical interest.

Above all else, if you like the experience, please do tell your friends and loved ones…

With love, light and blessings,
In Sanskrit, her name is Padma-pâni, or “Born of the Lotus.” Quan Yin, alone among Buddhist gods, is loved rather than feared and is the model of Chinese beauty. Regarded by the Chinese as the goddess of mercy, she was originally male until the early part of the 12th century and has evolved since that time from her prototype, Avalokiteshvara, “the merciful lord of utter enlightment,” an Indian bodhisattva who chose to remain on earth to bring relief to the suffering rather than enjoy for himself the ecstasies of Nirvana. One of the several stories surrounding Quan Yin is that she was a Buddhist who through great love and sacrifice during life, had earned the right to enter Nirvana after death. However, like Avlokiteshvara, while standing before the gates of Paradise she heard a cry of anguish from the earth below. Turning back to earth, she renounced her reward of bliss eternal but in its place found immortality in the hearts of the suffering. In China she has many names and is also known as “great mercy, great pity; salvation from misery, salvation from woe; self-existent; thousand arms and thousand eyes,” etc. In addition she is often referred to as the Goddess of the Southern Sea — or Indian Archipelago — and has been compared to the Virgin Mary. She is one of the San Ta Shih, or the Three Great Beings, renowned for their power over the animal kingdom or the forces of nature. These three Bodhisattvas or P’u Sa as they are know in China, are namely Manjusri (Skt.) or Wên Shu, Samantabhadra or P’u Hsien, and Avalokitesvara or Quan Yin.

Quan Yin is a shortened form of a name that means One Who Sees and Hears the Cry from the Human World. Her Chinese title signifies, “She who always observes or pays attention to sounds,” i.e., she who hears prayers. Sometimes possessing eleven heads, she is surnamed Sung-Tzu-Niang-Niang, “lady who brings children.” She is goddess of fecundity as well as of mercy. Worshipped especially by women, this goddess comforts the troubled, the sick, the lost, the senile and the unfortunate. Her popularity has grown such through the centuries that she is now also regarded as the protector of seafarers, farmers and travelers. She cares for souls in the underworld, and is invoked during post-burial rituals to free the soul of the deceased from the torments of purgatory. There are temples all over China dedicated to this goddess, and she is worshipped by women in South China more than in the North, on the 19th day of the 2nd, 6th and 9th moons Worshippers ask for sons, wealth, and protection. She can bring children (generally sons, but if the mother asks for a daughter she will be beautiful), protect in sorrow, guide seamen and fishermen (thus we see her “crossing the waves” in many poses), and render harmless the spears of an enemy in battle. Her principal temple on the island of Putuoshan, in the Chusan Archipelago off the Zhejiang coast near Ningbo, is a major pilgrimage site sacred to the Buddhists, the worship of Quan Yin being its most prominent feature on account of the fact that the Goddess is said to have resided there for nine years, reigning as the Queen of the Southern Seas. The full name of the island is P’u t’o lo ka, from Mount Pataloka, whence the Goddess, in her transformation as Avalokiteshvara, looks down upon mankind. Miao Feng Shan (Mount of the Wondrous Peak) attracts large numbers of pilgrims, who use rattles and fireworks to emphasize their prayers and attract her attention. In 847, the first temple of Quan Yin was built on this island. By 1702, P’u Tuo had four hundred temples and three thousand monks, and was the destination of countless pilgrims. (By 1949, however, P’u Tuo was home to only 140 monasteries and temples.)

No other figure in the Chinese pantheon appears in a greater variety of images, of which there are said to be thousands of different incarnations or manifestations. Quan Yin is usually depicted as a barefoot, gracious woman dressed in beautiful, white flowing robes, with a white hood gracefully draped over the top of the head and carrying a small upturned vase of holy dew. (However, in the Lamaistic form, common in bronze from eighteenth-century China and Tibet, she is often entirely naked.) She stands tall and slender, a figure of infinite grace, her gently composed features conveying the sublime selflessness and compassion that have made her the favorite of all deities. She may be seated on an elephant, standing on a fish, nursing a baby, holding a basket, having six arms or a thousand, and one head or eight, one atop the next, and four, eighteen, or forty hands, which which she strives to alleviate the sufferings of the unhappy. She is frequently depicted as riding a mythological animal known as the Hou, which somewhat resembles a Buddhist lion, and symbolises the divine supremacy exercised by Quan Yin over the forces of nature. Her bare feet are the consistent quality. On public altars, Quan Yin is frequently flanked by two acolytes, to her right a barefoot, shirtless youth with his hands clasped in prayer known as Shan-ts’ai (Golden Youth), and on her left a maid demurely holding her hands together inside her sleeves known as Lung-nü (Jade Maiden). Her principal feast occurs yearly on the nineteenth day of the second lunar month. However, she is fortunate in having three birthdays, the nineteenth of the second, sixth and ninth months. There are many metamorphoses of this goddess. She is the model of Chinese beauty, and to say a lady or a little girl is a Kwan Yin is the highest compliment that can be paid to grace and loveliness.
According to one ancient legend her name was Miao Shan, and she was the daughter of an Indian Prince. Youthful and serene, she chose to follow a path of self-sacrifice and virtue, and became a pious follower of Buddha, herself attaining the right to budddhahood but remaining on earth to help mankind. In order to convert her blind father, she visited him transfigured as a stranger, and informed him that were he to swallow an eyeball of one of his children, his sight would be restored. His children would not consent to the necessary sacrifice, whereupon the future goddess created an eye which her parent swallowed and he regained his sight. She then persuaded her father to join the Buddhist priesthood by pointing out the folly and vanity of a world in which children would not even sacrifice an eye for the sake of a parent.
Another Miao Shan legend was that the son of the dragon king had taken the form of a carp and was caught by a fisherman and displayed for sale in the market place. Miao Shan sent her servant to buy the fish and released it.
As related in yet another legend Quan Yin was said to be the daughter of a sovereign of the Chou dynasty, who strenuously opposed her wish to be a nun, and was so irritated by her refusal to marry that he put her to humiliating tasks in the convent. This means of coercion failed, and her father then ordered her to be executed for disobedience to his wishes. But the executioner, a man of tender heart and some forethought, brought it about that the sword which was to descend upon her should break into a thousand pieces. Her father thereupon ordered her to be stifled. As the story goes, she forthwith went to Hell, but on her arrival the flames were quenched and flowers burst into bloom. Yama, the presiding officer, looked on in dismay at what seemed to be the summary abolition of his post, and in order to keep his position he sent her back to life again. Carried in the fragrant heart of a lotus flower she went to the island of Putuo, near Ningbo. One day her father fell ill and according to a Chinese custom, she cut the flesh from her arms that it might be made into medicine. A cure was effected, and in his gratitude her father ordered her statue to be made “with completely-formed arms and eyes.” Owing to a misunderstanding of the orders the sculptor carved the statue with many heads and many arms, and so it remains to this day.
The image of this divinity is generally placed on a special altar at the back of the great Shakyamuni Buddha behind a screen, and facing the north door, in the second half of the Buddhist monastery. Quan Yin is also worshipped by the Taoists, and they imitate the Buddhists in their descriptions of this deity, speaking in the same manner of her various metamorphoses, her disposition to save the lost, her purity, wisdom, and marvel-working power.

From early Ch’ing times to the present, many thousands of statues of Quan Yin have been carved in jade. The Maternal Goddess, the Protectress of Children, the Observer of All Sounds, Quan Yin is a favorite figure in domestic shrines. As well, her image is carved on small jades which Chinese women offer faithfully at the temples dedicated to her. She also is the single most important figure crafted in blanc de Chine ware, with approximately nine out of every ten figures from Dehua representing that divinity in one or other of her manifestations. (The Quan Yins often were described to European purchasers as “white Santa Marias,” so as to make them more desirable to a Christian market.)

Kuan Yin, Goddess of Compassion

By Marina Lighthouse

Kuan-shih Yin, the goddess who “hears the cries of the world,” was first introduced to Chinese Buddhism via India as Avalokiteshvara, the male bodhisattva of compassion. It appears that Kuan Yin emerged in her entirety as the highly venerated female goddess around the ninth century A.D.

Ever since the lotus sutra was translated into Chinese, Kuan Yin has been an inspiration in Buddhist teachings and practices around the world. Her primary symbols include the willow branch, with which she sprinkles the divine nectar of life, and a vase, containing the nectars of compassion and wisdom.
The goddess that the Japanese call “Kannon-sama” is perhaps the most benevolent of all the world’s deities. Kuan Yin exists solely to help and guide, demanding nothing in return. She’s sometimes portrayed with a thousand arms, symbolizing her omnipresence, for protecting many people at the same time. She is the patron of: women, fishermen, sailors, merchants, craftsmen, the persecuted–the list goes on to include all of mankind.

Kuan Yin is known as a shape-shifter, appearing as: male, female and animal. This goddess is adaptable, transforming into the familiar. It might explain her broad appeal and her great range of compassion. Amitabha Buddha is considered the spiritual father of Avalokiteshvara, Kuan Yin’s male origin. You’ll sometimes see Amitabha depicted on her crown.

I often reflect on these three quotes from the Buddha:
“No one is more deserving of your love and compassion than yourself.”
This to me, means that we often direct judgment, criticism and make demands on ourselves that we would never think of doing to others. Try to stop beating yourself up.

“Rarely are words and acts of healing reconciled from an agitated heart.”
By being more compassionate we can try to embrace anger without blame.

“Blame agitates our hearts and can lead to despair.”

To surrender blame is to surrender the separation that makes compassion impossible. Compassion is a journey; every step and moment is a gesture of deep wisdom. The path to compassion is not just the sacrifice of our own happiness. It is our challenge to liberate our hearts from ill will, one step at a time, and bring tranquility to sorrow.

Kuan Yin teaches us to have self-compassion while embracing peace and harmony to our hearts, minds and spirit.

Exoteric Buddhism

Zen, Pure Land, T’ien Tai and others

These teachings were shared publicly.

Esoteric Buddhism

Tantric Buddhism

These teachings were not publicly taught. The transmission was from teacher to student on a very personal basis. Translated from Chinese, the name of this category is “True Words Sect.” Literally, the translation means “mantra chanting practice.”

B. Buddhism entered into Tibet and was incorporated into the native religion of Tibet, Bon. Again, the practice was divided into two types.

Pure Esoteric or Orthodox (or mainstream Tantric Buddhism)

The Red Sect—Nyima

The Yellow Sect—Gelug

The White Sect—Kagyu

The Mixed Color—Sakya

Bon (or Black Sect)

The indigenous religion of Tibet, and not a pure Esoteric practice (but a mixture, or a “hybrid” Tantric Buddhism)

C. Buddhism entered into China and, once again, practices were divided.

Nyima, Gelug, Kagyu, and Sakya (pure Esoteric practices that maintained the purity of the Tantric lineages)

Black Sect (a mixed Esoteric practice including elements of mainstream Buddhism, Chinese cultural and folkloric traditions, holistic healing, Feng Shui, Confucianism, Taoism, and others)

Further Development of Black Sect Tantric Buddhism

First Stage

Bon (Black Sect)

This was the religion of the entire nation of Tibet.

Second Stage

Buddhism emerged in Tibet from India and combined with Bon.

Third Stage

The combination of Bon, and Buddhism from India, merged with Chinese culture. The Third Stage combined the Second Stage with Chinese folklore, holistic healing, Confucianism, Taoism, Yin Yang Theory, Feng Shui, ch’i, the I Ching, and others.

Fourth Stage

The Fourth Stage was influenced by modern science and knowledge (Psychology, archeology, genetics, biology, medicine, ecology, environmental safety, architecture, etc.).1

The movement was from Taiwan to Berkeley to Europe.

The Fourth Stage has now been “successfully completed” as announced by its leader His Holiness Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun.

Fifth Stage

The Fifth Stage has begun under the guidance of Her Holiness Crystal Chu (Khadro Crystal Chu Rinpoche).

Notes from Grandmaster Lin-Yun Rinpoche:
Even though we have reached the Fifth Stage of Black Sect Buddhism, the First Stage (the original Bon) is still practiced in Tibet. His Holiness Khenpo Lungtok Tenpa’i Nyima (thirty-third abbot of Menri and spiritual head of all Bonpos) also stated that the First Stage has always been practiced in Tibet. This practice never integrated with Buddhism.

Professor once asked Lungtok Tenpa’i Nyima what he thought of the integration of practices in our Fourth Stage especially since his practice is pure Bon and rooted in ancient tradition. The answer was very gracious. Since our highest deity is Lord Tonpa, the same as the highest deity of the Bon religion, Lungtok Nyima said he recognizes us as family. In addition, this Bon abbot enthroned Professor (a mainstream Chinese abbot) as the leader of the Fourth Stage.

1 This list also includes Eclecticism, spirituality, divination, fortune telling, secret cures, Exoteric
Buddhism, meditations, five element theory, physiognomy, and others.
You will achieve the following benefits:

Section One will strengthen the power of your ch’i, enhancing your good judgment, dispersing negative influences, and helping you to sleep if worry about your finances is keeping you awake.

Section Two will help you to look at the elements of your financial life with a sense of detachment, allowing you to calmly reflect upon what is needed.

Section Three will help you to see beyond what is obvious. You will begin to see with Yin Yang Eyes, intuitively understanding the obstacles that keep you poor or the unseen scoundrels who are depleting your resources.

Section Four will help you decipher the messages you receive on both the mundane and transcendental levels. You may have a better idea about what others are thinking, and, in response, be prepared to give what is needed.

Section Five will protect you. You will experience your body filled with the Buddha’s ch’i, and you will be guided by the insight and power of Green Tara. You will develop the ability to remain strong and empowered throughout the most difficult of circumstances. If practiced regularly you might cultivate the qualities of a Bodhisattva. In terms of your financial life, these qualities would include:

In the material world, to transform matter

In one’s heart, to control one’s thoughts

In wisdom, to be perfectly wise

In omnipotence, to achieve whatever one wishes

Imagine the responsibility that comes with such power.

Section Six will help you develop the best solutions to your daily dilemmas. You may find that you begin to think of unique and unusual solutions; solutions that may have never entered your mind previously. You may notice a rapid elevation of your intuitive knowing which will also enhance your problem solving ability.

Section Seven will fill your body with spiritual light, smoothing the ch’i throughout your body. With practice, your health may improve (as is true of the practice of any section in the series). In addition you can use this meditation to target a specific area of you life such as wealth. This section is multi-dimensional.

Section Eight will fill you with the boundless compassion and infinite power of the Green Tara. You will better understand the importance of giving and receiving.

Section Nine will fill you with all the attributes of the Buddha. With the Buddha’s intelligence, compassion, wisdom and good fortune, you will have the strength to help others, and the power to provide whatever is asked of you.

Mastering the practice of the Supreme Yoga Series will help draw you inward, merging the idea of personal gain with authentic kingship. As you acquire a fine and dynamic attention to the proper role of money in your life, you will develop a unique sense of knowledge and inner freedom.

Qigong (or ch’i kung) is an internal Chinese meditative practice which often uses slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to promote the circulation of qi within the human body, and enhance a practitioner’s overall health. There are also many forms of Qigong that are done with little or no movement at all, in standing, sitting and supine positions; likewise, not all forms of Qigong use breath control techniques. Although not a martial art, qigong is often confused with the Chinese martial art of tai chi. This misunderstanding can be attributed to the fact that most Chinese martial arts practitioners will usually also practice some form of qigong and to the uninitiated, these arts may seem to be alike. There are more than 10,000 styles of qigong and 200 million people practicing these methods. There are three main reasons why people do qigong: 1) To gain strength, improve health or reverse a disease 2) To gain skill working with qi, so as to become a healer 3) To become more connected with the “Tao, God, True Source, Great Spirit”, for a more meaningful connection with nature and the universe.

In its simplest form, the Chinese character for qi, in qigong, can mean air, breath, or “life force”. Gong means work, so qigong is therefore the practice of “working” with ones “life force”. The term was not widely known until the 1970s during a period some call the “Qigong Wave” where groups of 10,000-40,000 people regularly gathered inside Chinese stadiums to practice qigong together. Some in the Chinese government became concerned that one quasi religious/political group (see Falun Dafa or Falun Gong)who practiced a Qigong form of their own, might turn into a political weapon, and in 1999, banned all large qigong gatherings. Currently there is a movement underway in China, the United States, and Europe to preserve the valuable aspects of these traditional Chinese practices and to have them studied using Western scientific methods.

Attitudes toward a scientific basis for qigong vary markedly. Most Western medical practitioners and many practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the Chinese government, view qigong as a set of breathing and movement exercises, with possible benefits to health through stress reduction and exercise. Other practitioners view qigong in more metaphysical terms, claiming that qi can be felt as a vibration or electrical current and physically circulated through channels called meridians. Many testify to a reduction or elimination of pain through the use of qigong.

Scientific Studies of Qigong

This document presents summaries and excerpts from various studies of Qigong.

The commentaries excerpted are impressions and conclusions of the authors of the referenced articles and are provided for your information and your study of the practice of Qigong.

Major Depression effectively treated with Spring Forest Qigong practice

Forest Qigong to Depression as an Alternative and Complementary Treatment,” By Frances V. Gaik Ph.D., Adler School of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL.

Dr. Gaik found that “all subjects improved over the treatment period” and “a very significant level of improvement in the majority of the subjects who were measured at serious levels of depression.”

Medical Applications of Qigong

An original paper by Kenneth M. Sancier, Ph.D, “Medical Applications of Qigong,” was published by “Alternative Therapies” in January 1996.

“This article focuses on internal Qi, because almost everyone can learn Qigong exercises for maintaining health and self-healing,” writes Dr. Sancier. (“Internal” Qi involves self-practice, whereas “external” Qi involves, for example, a Qigong Master emitting Qi to someone.)

Dr. Sancier writes, in the practice of Chinese therapies such as Qigong, “the flow of Qi is regulated, and blockage of the flow of Qi is removed. Energy blocks or excess or deficient Qi may result from disease, injury, or stress.”

Stroke and Mortality Rates decreased with Qigong practice

Dr. Sancier reviewed a 30-year follow-up study on hypertensive patients who were divided into a Qigong group and a control group. All patients had been given drug therapy to control blood pressure. The experimental group also practiced Qigong. The mortality rate in the Qigong group was nearly half of the group who did not practice Qigong. The incidence of stroke as well as death due to stroke was half for those who practiced Qigong. In other words, people who did not practice Qigong suffered a stroke or died from stroke at a rate twice that of those who practiced Qigong.

“Researchers also reported that over the 20-year period, blood pressure of the Qigong group stabilized, whereas that of the control group increased. Remarkably, during this period the drug dosage for the Qigong group could be decreased and for 30% of the patients, could be eliminated. However, the drug dosage for the control group had to be increased.”

(Citations for this study as well as other other studies noted in this section can be found in the above-mentioned article.)

Sex Hormone Levels improved with Qigong

Dr. Sancier cited three studies that indicate the trend of estrogen increasing in males and decreasing in females with age “can be reversed by Qigong exercise.”

In an auxiliary study, “changes were accompanied by improvements in symptoms such as soreness, dizziness, insomnia, hair loss, impotence, and incontinence associated with Kidney deficiency hypertension (a TCM diagnosis.)”

Bone Density increased with Qigong

Dr. Sancier reviewed a study related to aging that found, “bone density was found to increase in male subjects who practiced Qigong for one year.”

He conjectured, “That Qigong therapy also would help restore the bone density of women, especially menopausal women, seems likely.”

Cancer and Drug Treatment improved with Qigong practice

Dr. Sancier referenced a study of patients with “medically diagnosed malignant cancer.” They were divided into two groups, and all received drugs. One group, however, practiced Qigong. “Both groups improved, but the [Qigong] group showed improvement in strength, appetite, freedom from diarrhea, and weight gain four to nine times greater than the control group.” Additionally, a measure of the immune function improved for the Qigong group and decreased for the control group.

Senility symptoms improved with Qigong practice

Dr. Sancier reported, “To study the mechanism of keeping fit by Qigong, a controlled study was made of 100 subjects classified either as pre-senile or with cerebral function impaired by senility.”

The control group, which did not practice Qigong, exercised by walking, walking fast, or running slowly. “Criteria for judging outcome were based on measuring clinical signs and symptoms including cerebral function, sexual function, serum lipid levels, and function of endocrine glands.”

The results: “After six months, eight of the 14 main clinical signs and symptoms in the Qigong group had improved more than 80%, whereas none of the symptoms in the control group had improved more than 45%.”

Mind-Body Regulation

Dr. Sancier wrote, ” A tenet of Qigong is that the mind leads the Qi, and the Qi leads the blood. This somewhat mysterious statement can be interpreted to mean that intention (the mind) can direct the Qi within the body.”

Alpa Brain Waves increase with Qigong practice

Dr. Sancier referenced two studies that show alpha brain waves dominate beta waves and spread to the frontal areas of the brain during Qigong practice.

One study found differences between the practice of Zen and and the practice of Qigong. Dr. Sancier writes, “According to Kawano and Wang, these differences in brain function suggest that internal Qigong is a semiconscious process that involves some awareness and activity, whereas Zen meditation is a neutral process that releases the meditator from all concerns. Perhaps because of this difference, Qigong is considered a healing art, whereas Zen is generally not.”

“A Qigong master can emit Qi to heal a patient. The interaction between Qigong masters and subjects has been followed in double-blind tests in which masters and subjects were simultaneously assessed by EEG, polygraph tests, biochemical blood tests, and psychological tests. The EEG studies showed that a type of brain waves and their location were synchronized in the brains of masters and subject. Such synchronism may be required for healing by emitted Qi.”

Bloodflow to the brain increased; Memory improved while dizziness, insomnia, numbness, and vertigo headaches decreased

Dr. Sancier reviews two studies where Qigong exercise has been shown to increase bloodflow to the brain. For subjects “with cerebral arteriosclerosis who practice Qigong for one to six months, improvements were noted in symptoms such as memory, dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, numbness of limbs, and vertigo headache. During these studies, a decrease in plasma cholesterol was also noted.”

Combination of Qigong and drugs is superior to that of drug therapy alone

Dr. Sancier referenced six studies saying, “There is ample evidence in the literature that therapy by a combination of self-applied Qigong and drugs is superior to that of drug therapy alone.”

“The mechanism of this apparent synergism is not known but undoubtedly relates to the fundamental mechanism of Qigong. Qigong is believed to relax the body, promote the flow or Qi (energy), blood, oxygen, and nutrients to all cells of the body, and promote the removal of waste products from cells. The increases in flow of Qi and microcirculation nourished diseased or stressed tissue. We may assume that Qigong also promotes drug uptake by tissue and cells by means of increased microcirculation.”

Conclusion: “Qigong enables the body to heal itself”

In the conclusion of the paper, Dr. Sancier writes, “This review encompasses only a small number of studies from a large collection of research using medical applications of Qigong, mainly in China. The main conclusion from many studies is that Qigong enables the body to heal itself.”

The effects of the Qi of Qigong

This next section excerpts abstracts of scientific research that studied the affect of “external”, or emitted, Qi on various substances. The subject was Qigong Master, Dr. Yan Xin of China. Specific citations are available on request. The abstracts were published by Springer-Verlag in Berlin on April 22, 1999.

Qi caused a structure change in tap water, saline, glucose, and medemycine solutions

The purpose of these experiments was to investigate whether external Qi could cause measurable changes in the property of tap water and some aqueous solutions.

Laser Raman spectroscopy is a well-known technique in the study of molecular structure. Each sample has a characteristic spectrum at a given state. A change in the spectrum is an indicates a change in the molecular structure.

“All the results showed some structural changes of the test solutions treated by external Qi, as indicated by their Raman spectra.”

Qi significantly affected the processes of nucleotide polymerization, protein crystallization, and enzyme activity

“These data indicate that Qi emission is detectable using biochemical techniques and that the effects are not necessarily uniform. This suggest that the nature of Qi is more akin to particles or information than a homogenous energy field.”

Qi increased the ultraviolet absorption of nucleic acids

“The UV absorption spectra of calf thymus DNA sample placed in closed lead bottle with a change of 12%.”

“The observed hyperchromic effect could only be caused by the external Qi, which has provided certain basis of the objectivity of Qigong healing.”

Qi caused the bromination in solution of n-hexane and bromine

“It is well known that chemical reactions play a significant role in life processes. The study of the influence of external Qi on certain organic chemical systems will provide useful information about the mechanisms of Qigong healing since the nature of Qigong and Qigong healing is highly related to life processes.”

“The preliminary results revealed that the external Qi of Qigong not only caused a bromination in a n-hexane/bromine mixture, but also this effect was produced from remote distances.”

Chunyi Lin

Many Qigong masters have studied Qigong meditation, but few have lived it as has Chunyi Lin.

Master Lin studied with a Shao-Lin Temple Buddhist, Master Yao, Master Yian in China’s Guangdong Province, the famed Master Zhang in Xichuan Province, and a few other respected masters who do not want their names revealed.

As part of his training, Master Lin meditated and practiced various austerities in caves on Mount Qing Cheng and Mount Dinghu. In Chinese culture, cave meditation is recognized as the most powerful way to develop intuition, perseverance, patience, and tranquility.

Master Lin has gone so deeply into the meditative, tranquil core of Qigong that he can present complex techniques in simple, easy-to-understand terms. It takes a high level of scientific understanding to make science sound easy. Master Lin has accomplished this with Qigong.

Master Lin has had access to a very rare diversity of Qigong Master instructors in China because of his high character and his constant search for ways to improve his own knowledge. Master Lin is also fluent in five Chinese languages, some as different from each other as French is from German. His linguistic expertise allowed him to learn from Qigong practitioners living in remote regions.

Master Lin established the fundamentals of Spring Forest Qigong in 1994 before arriving in the United States in 1995. Since then over 100,000 people have explored the healing practice of Spring Forest Qigong.

Spring Forest Qigong

This ancient Chinese “practice” can take away stress, pain, and sickness from your body at speeds that will amaze anyone…leaving you with more energy

You have seen people on television who could heal others with their touch. Or people who could pass healing energy to other people.

Introducing the Spring Forest Qigong personal learning course.

Finally, you can learn to make use of this healing energy that many say results in modern-day miracles.

100 days of Qigong

Benefit comes from the practice of Spring Forest Qigong whether you do it 20 minute three times a week, five minutes a day, or two hours a day. Chunyi Lin says that when you practice Spring Forest Qigong for 100 days in a row, you receive tremendous healing benefits and your practice becomes habit. After 100 days of practicing at the same time every day, your channels automatically open during that time even when you miss a day. Use the 100 Days of Qigong chart to mark off each day that you practice. Chunyi Lin recommends taking a break on Days 50 and 100.

little voice inside your head telling you the right thing to do.

happen. Don’t worry, things are working themselves out.

Lifting the Veil allows you to penetrate the high mysteries of the Kabbalah by presenting this timeless wisdom in a practical, workable and understandable way. You will find in this book a time-proven formula to experience a life of grace and joy. Timing is everything. Knowledge of the best time to act or remain still is as vital as breathing. Taking the time to see which way the powerful forces of nature are moving, coupled with personal responsibility, will give you a repertoire of expanded options in your actions. A person who does not know what and when to do anything is at the mercy of whatever life throws his or her way.

All your power is before you take an action that will create a sequence of events. Therefore, you need intuition and knowledge of the rhythms of nature to make informed decisions. Included are over 30 different meditations from Kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, to enhance your health, balance the mind, body and spirit, and develop your intuition. The wisdom of Kabbalah shows you the best time to act. Success is in the timing!

This expanded and revised version of Lifting the Veil is a response to the many dedicated readers who have asked for more; who have shown interest in delving deeper; who long to go further into the principles and practices of the sacred sciences of Kabbalah and Kundalini yoga. Those genuine desires, coupled with the challenges currently facing human beings at this time, prompted me to expand the information contained in the first edition.

Description

l Included are over 50 meditations that relate to your personal Kabbalah calendar, instruction on planetary charts and harmonizing the body with cycles of the Earth and Moon
l Shows you how to create the sequence of events necessary to meet your goals
