Removing Negative Spiritual Energy
Negative Spiritual Energy can build up over ones actions/deeds and recorded for the powers to be to view. This includes ones spouse’s actions and deeds as well. I would assume, the reverse is also possible, build up of Positive Spiritual Energy even from one’s spouse.
There are 4 gates to discharge negative spiritual energy:
1) The Gate of Tearing – Every day, cry for someone who is suffering and you do not know for 10 minutes until the issue is resolved.
2) The Gate of Scanning – Scan a spiritual text, a good copy of the Zohar is best. Think of your condition while scanning and scan for one hour everyday. The hour can be broken up over the day in 20 minute increments if need be. Scanning all 23 books of the Zohar during one day over a period of 7 days is extremely powerful. The scanning should not be a second or more, just flipping and looking at the pages. If you use one book, it does not matter which one, just scan the entire book.
3) The Gate of Tithing – Give away something to someone you do not know once a day. This can be in the form of money, time, material items, hugging someone, comforting. Do this until your issue is resolved.
4) The Gate of Prayer – Light a white candle at your Altar, place a bowl of fruit at the altar, repeat the Usnisa 7x, ask for forgiveness for any indiscretions or deeds that you have done that has caused another pain, suffering, etc. Do this until your issue has been resolved
