• Every morning before you go to work, cut nine small round pieces of orange peel from one of the oranges. This is really easy if you simply use a sharp knife and slice a thin slice from the peel. The slice will naturally be in the shape of a circle. So, nine strokes with the knife and you are ready to go to work.
• Take the peels with you and carry them with you throughout the day. Put them in a pocket, or in a special pouch around your neck. If you feel they will stain your clothes, you can put them in a plastic bag. The important thing is that you take them out and rub them a few times during the day. The scent will lift your spirits, and you will be happier as your tackle that task once again.
• Your happiness will spread to others, and you will all go home feeling like going to work tomorrow.
